With a strong background in animal welfare since 2015 and a proud eight-year volunteer at the Hamilton County Humane Society, Amber brings both passion and expertise to our team. As a lifelong animal lover and the proud dog mom of seven, Amber's dedication to animal care is evident in every aspect of her work. Committed to providing structure and support, she plays a crucial role in the smooth operation and financial health of our business. In her free time, Amber enjoys playing video games, reading comics, and spending quality time with friends and family. Looking forward to helping grow our presence in the community, she is a valued asset to our team.

An avid animal lover through and through, Kendra brings warmth, reliability, and a true passion for pets to every drop-in visit. When she’s not spoiling your furry friends, she’s likely nose-deep in a book or helping readers find their next favorite story at the local library, where she works part time.

She’s a proud dog mom to Mooby (pictured here stealing the spotlight 🐶), and she has a soft spot for Bran Flakes, nights out at The Metro in Indianapolis, and cozy afternoons curled up with a good novel. Whether your pets need a belly rub, a game of fetch, or just some company while you're away, Kendra’s got them covered with lots of love and care.

Dakota is one of our awesome team members bringing love and energy to every visit! Originally from out of town, he’s been calling Indy home for the past 3 years and has quickly settled in—especially with help from his two dogs, Hades (an Aussie Lab mix) and Hera (a sweet pit mix).

A big fan of the outdoors, Dakota is always up for an adventure—whether that’s hitting a trail or just tossing a ball around. Sports are a major part of his life (basketball holds the #1 spot 🏀), and when he's not out and about, you can find him spending quality time with his wife and their adorable baby (pictured here!).

Dakota’s also got a soft spot for a good true crime documentary—so if your pup needs a buddy for a chill afternoon, he’s the guy. Reliable, friendly, and always ready with a leash in hand, Dakota is here to treat your pets like family.

No matter what challenges your family may be facing, Brittany is here to help with all your obedience and communication needs. With expertise in group settings, private in-home sessions, and real-world environments, Britt ensures comprehensive and effective training. Holding prestigious certifications, including CPDT-KA, FFCP, CGC Evaluator, and Pro Pet Hero Canine & Feline First Aid & CPR Instructor, she brings a high level of qualification to every session. As the founder of Pawsitive Progress Training, Brittany is not only a skilled trainer but also a dedicated human+dog mom who makes training both fun and effective. Her passion and commitment to enhancing the bond between humans and their pets make her an invaluable asset with whom our pack is proud to be affiliated.

Casey is the driving force behind Wagger (literally and figuratively!) and brings 15 years of hands-on experience in dog care and behavior. She’s a true advocate for dogs and has a heart as big as her van. With four spoiled pups of her own and a history of rescuing dogs off the streets of Indianapolis, Casey’s passion is undeniable.
